So we have power and now Internet. Whoohooo. Only I am not quite ready to be back to blogging yet. Not ready to comment. I just don't feel like I have anything productive to say or add at the moment, not with so many of my friends, family and neighbors still having issues. No power, low on supplies, no homes, loss of possessions.
But we are good. We were some of the lucky ones and I feel blessed for that.
I will check back in soon and I will visit all the blogs I love but for now, I just want to keep those in our thoughts who are still trying to get back to normal..... I hope soon.

I know how you feel. I felt guilty for getting my power and phones back with so many of our friends and neighbors without.
One tree fell on a neighbors home caving in the living room and taking out both cars parked outside. We had trees snapped and uprooted all over our property, but none touched our house. We were very fortunate while others close to us were destroyed.
One thing we have been able to do is share what we have. I've opened my home to those needing a hot shower, home cooked meal, clothes washed, rides to the POD centers, ect. If anything, this has made us a much more close knit neighborhood.
